RA8876M Brief Description:
RA8876M is a high-performance graphics processor with built-in 64M-bit SDRAM (no external expansion required), supporting up to WXGA resolution and 16 million colors display, and providing 8080/6800 8/16-bit asynchronous parallel and SPI, IIC serial interfaces.
This chip integrates multiple practical functions: multi-layer display buffer, picture-in-picture (PIP), transparency control, geometric drawing engine, built-in/external text display, DMA image reading, block transfer/operation (BTE), and display rotation/mirroring, etc.

(1) Host Interface
- Supports 8080/6800 8/16-bit asynchronous parallel interface (MIPI DBI Type A)
- Provides Xnwait signal for extended MPU cycles for handshaking
- Supports serial host interface, e.g., IIC, 3/4-wire SPI
- Supports mirror and rotation functions for image data writing
(2) Input Display Data Format
- 1bpp: Monochrome (1-bit/pixel)
- 8bpp: RGB 3:3:2 (1-byte/pixel)
- 16bpp: RGB 5:6:5 (2-byte/pixel)
